Danny Worsnop has released a fully re-recorded version of “Ain’t No Use,” giving the song a heavier and more fully realized treatment after first sharing it as a demo in 2025.
The Asking Alexandria frontman says the original version changed once he began playing it live. After deciding the song felt too slow and sat in the wrong key, Worsnop rebuilt it to better match the version that had developed onstage.
Worsnop wrote the song with Aaron Gillespie of Underoath. Lyrically, “Ain’t No Use” traces different stages of Worsnop’s life and lands on the idea of being accepted by someone who knows the flaws, history and baggage that come with the relationship.
The track arrives with a new official music video and continues Worsnop’s solo path into country, roots music, blues and classic-rock storytelling while he remains known worldwide for his work with Asking Alexandria.
Worsnop has said his current solo music is about alignment rather than reinvention — making songs that reflect where he is now instead of trying to force a particular image.
“Ain’t No Use” is available now on major streaming platforms.
