THE MOSAIC WINDOW have unveiled “Lightning Be Thy Guide,” another preview of their upcoming album Answered Prayers, set for November 13, 2026 through Vesperian/Metal Blade Records.
Led by Andrew Steven “Skeletonhammer” Brown, the project follows 2024’s Hemasanctum with a record that draws more directly from early black metal. The new single favors weight and atmosphere rather than relentless speed.
A Return to Black Metal Roots
According to the announcement, Answered Prayers presents ten tracks connected by a bleak concept about humanity and the damage it has done to the world. The album was mixed and mastered by Alex Sedin at Ghostalgy Productions, with session drums performed by Dmitry Kim.
