I had the entire XTINGUISH THE CODE band join me on Rocking With Jam Man on October 17, 2026. BJ Allen, Dusty Onita, Nate Boogie and The Professor G Flava were all on together, so we got to hear from the whole band instead of just one member.

XTINGUISH THE CODE, The Conflict and New York Hardcore
This Bronx band mixes old-school New York hardcore with metal, hip-hop influences and heavy grooves. The current lineup brings years of experience from bands including Apparition, No Weapon, Full Scale Riot, Lake Lanier and 4 In Tha Chamber.
The band’s second album, The Conflict, arrived March 27, 2026, through Grey Matter Records. It’s an eight-song concept album following an ordinary citizen pushed toward a breaking point. The record includes “Despair,” “Rex 84B,” “Declaration/Doomsday Cult,” “Safe Space,” “Burn,” “Pain Compliance” and “Falling Down.” Former singer Kevin Lugo returned to contribute vocals on “Safe Space.”
We also get into their latest video for “Declaration/Doomsday Cult,” filmed at Fuse-Brooklyn with massive LED walls, and the band’s plans for what’s next. And because I’ve got all four members there, everyone gets a chance to answer my final-meal question.
