For Heidi Shepherd, the record is tied directly to a two-year period of reflection, change and rebuilding. Musically, the band pair their heavy foundation with a more melodic and dynamic approach, with Henry Flury, Joe Rickard and Neil Sanderson joining Benson in the production team.
